Michael and Melody Maher have been serving as full time intercessory missionaries in the house of prayer since 2017. High school sweethearts who are now married with five children, Michael and Melody are committed to living in the revelation that we in the body of Christ are a "Kingdom of Priests." 

Our identity in Christ is to be ministers to God and to people. Although the Maher's primary ministry in this season is to strengthen night and day prayer in Kansas City, their ministry includes partnering with other ministries as the spirit leads (prison ministry, ministry to the poor and to seniors, etc.), teaching the Bible and God's view of Israel, preaching the gospel through the arts, short term missions and the like. 

They are dedicated to living and teaching the full counsel of God as laid out in the 66 books of the Bible. Along with working in ministry from her youth, Melody has a degree in youth ministry from Spring Arbor University, and Michael has been a worship leader and evangelist for 18 years.
